Our journey begins with a customized approach.

I am passionate about working with the issues that we as women face.  The impact of race, gender, and economic disparities can affect our mental well-being.  As women, we are often the care-takers of multiple generations, and are maintaining a household, and career responsibilities.  We often consider ourselves to be “Superwomen.”  However, the term of being a “superwoman”  has a negative influence on our health and well-being.

Through psychotherapy and wellness coaching, we explore the need to learn to care for ourselves by monitoring our stress levels, and learning to provide love and self-care.
